Seguin Manuel Pouilly Fuissé "Vieilles Vignes" 2019

100% Chardonnay 

From limestone and clay soils in the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, and matured in oak on its lees for 12 months. 

Floral, pineapple notes, not entirely oak forward. Good weight on the palate with a saline, mineral, flinty finish. Will be excellent with shellfishes.
