Sylvaner (also known as Franken) is one of those grapes that conjure up medieval Teutonic images in the mind's eye. Nevertheless, its modern incarnation is incredibly fresh, floral, yet underpinned by earthiness and texture. This bottle is unsulphured, and just incredible. Extremely versatile food wine that goes with seafood or vegetables. 

Serve at 8-12 C.
