Clay and limestone soils from the Côte Chalonnaise. Grapes are vatted (juice fermented with skins and seeds) for 14 days, and the wine is then matured in oak casks for a year.
Ripe concentrated and bright red fruits, girded by a firm core of toasted oak and a velvety palate. Pairs well with poultry any style.
