Domaine Camille Braun Alsace Crémant d'Alsace Cœur de Cuvée 2014

Unsulphured, zero dosage. A fine Crémant wearing its 8 years of age with grace. Rich and full with notes of brioche, walnuts, honey and sherry. From argilo-calcaire soils, fermented using indigenous yeasts. Made using the champagne method and aged for 60 months before release. Really great value for its age and complexity.

Pairs well with rich foods that have a bit of funk, such as dry aged beef and uni. Serve at 5-8 C.
